Matariki ki Pikitū 2026

Tēnā tātou,

He pānui tēnei mō te Wānanga Matariki ki Pikitū mō Ngāti Huri i tēnei tau. Arohamai for the late one, but for those who are keen, here are the details for our Matariki Wānanga 2026.

The pā will be open on Thursday night for those wanting to settle in early (it'll be a potluck kai so make sure to bring a plate). On Friday, we are heading into our local community of Putāruru to participate in their sporting kaupapa - the marae will remain open during this time for anyone who wants to stay back or arrive later that day.

Also, if you're keen to run a workshop or facilitate a wānanga topic, please PM mai and we'll slot you into the rotations. Our pā is a safe space for all so if you have any pūkenga/knowledge please bring them home and share it with the whānau
